Certification


The ECOGLOBE certification system is a transparent, traceable and objective process, which involves consistent actions:

 

  • Submission of completed application form with necessary additional documents upon request of ECOGLOBE, including the Management Plan and legal documents.
  • Signing of Agreement between ECOGLOBE and the Operator when the application assessed positively.
  • Planning and scheduling inspection, appointment of an Inspector.
  • Carrying Inspection, accomplishing with the inspection report on compliance with organic production standards and identification of nonconformities.
  • Decision on certification or issuing certification (in-conversion to organic, organic).
  • Types of inspections in organic production are following: initial, annual, non-planned, surveillances, correction measures. At least one full inspection should be conducted each year.
  • Surveillance over the use of the certificate and marks of compliance.
  • In the case of detecting facts of violation of the organic standard requirements the ECOGLOBE takes appropriate sanctions.

Upon termination or withdrawal of the organic certificate the operator shall remove all materials, advertisements, signs of compliance of ECOGLOBE indicating at the availability of a certificate.
